At Tuxedo Home Maintenance, we recently tackled a General Carpentry and Repairs project at a residence in Anderson. The homeowner had been grappling with unsightly wood rot in one of their soffits due to prior roof and gutter leaks. The decay had also attracted unwanted pests, like wasps.
