At Tuxedo Home Maintenance, we recently completed a carpentry project for the Homeowner’s Association of a respected local golfing community in Anderson. The task involved replacing a weathered porch column for one of the residents. The former column was ornamental and hollow, which had led to rot around the base. We provided a sturdy solution by installing a modern, solid square column to replace the old one. This new column is also treated specifically to protect against future rot. The resident was highly appreciative of our efforts, even stopping by while we were working on a nearby property a few days later to commend us on the quality of our work.
